Tyreke Evans had 21 points, nine rebounds and six assists on Saturday, sinking 9-of-15 FGs and 3-of-3 FTs in a heartbreaking loss to the visiting Lakers.

Sleep Train Arena was buzzing with a sell-out crowd all night, and Tyreke and the Kings fought hard, but they were done in by some questionable decisions down the stretch. Foremost among them were a late one-on-three drive by Tyreke which led to a turnover, the Kings final three shots all being 3-pointers from DeMarcus Cousins, and (if you sense a lack of offensive leadership) Keith Smart's decision to bench Isaiah Thomas for all but the final 24 seconds of the fourth quarter.

Tyreke Evans shot 5-of-9 from the field for 10 points with three boards, six assists one steal and no turnovers in 32 minutes.

He's been playing a lot better and is getting to the hoop with ease lately. He entered the game with March averages of 15.1 points, 4.7 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.2 triples. He'll look to put a bow on a solid month against the Lakers on Saturday.

Tyreke Evans returned to action on Wednesday despite a mysterious stomach ailment, that is not being called an illness.

He hit 4-of-12 shots for 12 points, five dimes and a steal in 34 minutes, and owners have to hope this is the last we hear of the stomach issue. The fact he played so much tonight leads us to believe he'll be good to go for his next game on Thursday at Phoenix.

Tyreke Evans (stomach) will play against the Warriors on Wednesday.

He has a stomach bug and was considered questionable to play, but he looks like he'll at least try. Evans was a little late for pre-game warmups, so he is likely not at 100 percent. He's a good enough player to keep in your lineup.

Tests on Tyreke Evans' stomach came back normal and he is questionable to play Wednesday against the Warriors.

Evans was throwing up at halftime of Sunday's game against the Sixers and the team first suspected he was dealing with a flu bug, although that's obviously not the case now. Evans will warm up and see how he feels pregame before the Kings determine his status. If Evans can't play against the Warriors, Marcus Thornton would see a major boost in his minutes.

Tyreke Evans' stomach issues are not flu-related, and he is officially questionable to play on Wednesday against the Warriors.

We suspected that the need for tests meant that it was more than just the flu bug, and the tests "are not believed to be flu-related." Evans is expected to be reevaluated on Wednesday morning, so we shouldn't have to wait much longer to know more about his status. If he's out on Wednesday, Marcus Thornton would be in line for major minutes at shooting guard.

Tyreke Evans (stomach) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Warriors.

During Sunday's loss to the Sixers, Evans was throwing up at halftime and suspected he had the flu. The need for "tests" two days later suggests that he's still feeling ill and it might not be the simple flu. If Evans sits on Wednesday, Marcus Thornton will quickly turn into an elite fantasy play.
