Dragic played 29 minutes on Sunday, scoring 19 points, including going 3-of-3 from 3, to go along with 3 assists and 3 steals.

After struggling against the Grizzlies, Dragic was effective against one of the remaining unbeaten teams in the Warriors on Sunday. It seems as Coach Hornacek has come up with a solid guard rotation that should have Dragic see just under 30 minutes per game. He might not be fulfilling expectations just yet, but he does have the minutes to pick it up as the season progresses.

Dragic only managed six points (3-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt), one rebound, three assists and one steal in 26 minutes during the Suns' 102-91 loss versus the Grizzlies on Wednesday.

After winning the Most Improved Player award last season, Dragic has gotten off to a rough start in 2014-15, averaging 12.0 points (41.1 FG, 0.0 3Pt, 93.3 FT), 4.0 rebounds and 2.2 assists in just under 30 minutes per game. It's only been five games, but those who drafted Dragic expecting him to produce last year's numbers may need to re-adjust their expectations. Still, he should play 30 minutes or more on most nights and regain must-start status in essentially all leagues.

Dragic didn't put up an exciting line, but it was nonetheless efficient. He came out of Wednesday's win against the Lakers with 18 points (6-2 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 6-6 FT), five rebounds, two assists, and one steal in 26 minutes.

Dragic's minutes were the critical thing to watch going into this game and he didn't disappoint owners in his first game. There wasn't any stats in particular to jump off the board, but he will have plenty more opportunities going forward. As long as the minutes distribution keeps him between 25-30 per night you can expect nights like these to be the floor of Dragic's production going forward.

Dragic had a rough time getting anything going on Thursday against Brazilian Champions Flamengo. He managed to end up with 6 points (2-9 FG, 1-2 FT, 1-2 3Pt), one assist, one rebound, and three turnovers through 24 minutes, azcentral reports.

It certainly wasn't an encouraging way to follow up his performance in the FIBA cup. However, Dragic still needs time to get adjusted to Jeff Hornacek's style and his teammates, as well. On top of that, Coach Hornacek said that he was looking to experiment with different lineups in this game, meaning he probably didn't aim to have the most efficient unit on the floor at all times. Those looking to draft Dragic should just consider this a bad game and feel confident when selecting him.

Dragic had another tough outing on the court against Team USA, finishing with 13 points (6-15FG, 0-0FT, 1-5 3Pt), four assists, four rebounds, and four turnovers through 29 minutes, bringing his international play to an end this offseason, azcentral reports.

"The Dragon" had a solid run during international play, with final averages of 16 points (0.554 FG, 0.600 FT, 0.355 3Pt), 4.3 assists, 2.9 rebounds, and 3.6 turnovers through 26 minutes. Considering his team lacked another NBA level caliber player, these numbers are actually very uplifting to those looking to draft the 28-year-old point guard. His numbers don't dominate the scoresheet, and his free throw averages leave something to be desired. But, Dragic displayed many moments of brilliance during his FIBA run. Given the upgrade in surrounding talent on his Suns team, look for Dragic to take a lot back from this experience and have a productive fantasy season.

Since his exhibition match with Team USA, he has been playing at a phenomenal level and helped carry Slovenia to a point where they can take control of their group with a win tonight. Dragic's passion to win and unwavering focus on a big stage is reassuring for the All-NBA point guard's prospects heading into next season.

Dragic agreed to follow a specific plan outlined between the Slovenian national team and the Suns to keep him fresh for the 2014-15 NBA season, azcentral reports.

Dragic is being limited to one practice per day and will only be available for five of Slovenia's 16 exhibition games. This should help keep him fresh, and it does offer some reassurance that Dragic won't be too rundown when NBA training camps open at the start of October.

Dragic finished Tuesday's exhibition game between Team USA and Slovenia with six points (3-11 FG, 3-5 FT, 0-2 3Pt), one assist and three turnovers in 22 minutes, USA Basketball reports.

Dragic played hard and owners this upcoming season have nothing to worry about from this game. His stat line speaks more toward the defensive prowess of Team USA than it does about the reigning Most Improved Player. Being the most talented player on his national team, Dragic fell victim to heavy defensive pressure and double teams throughout the game. That being said he did have his moments, including driving past Derrick Rose and finishing with a foul to provide some offense. However, the length and athleticism proved to be too much for the short-handed guard.

The Indiana Pacers have engaged the Phoenix Suns in trade talks for Goran Dragic.

This move could make some sense as the Pacers are looking for a more consistent option a point guard after an up-and-down season from George Hill. Dragic is coming off a career year, but the Suns won't likely be able to afford both he and restricted free agent Eric Bledsode if Dragic turns down his player option for the 2015-16 season. It's currently unclear what the Pacers are offering the Suns for Dragic, but they would presumably have to dip into the core of their roster to keep the Suns from hanging up the phone.
