The Chinese club waived former Lakers forward Derrick Caracter to clear a spot for Diogu.

The Suns waived Ike Diogu and Solomon Jones on Wednesday.

The departure of Diogu and Jones bodes well for Luke Zeller and Diante Garrett to make the team. Diogu did have a good offseason and even played in the Olympics, but he's probably going to have to continue his basketball career overseas.

Spurs signed F/C Ike Diogu to a 1-year deal, a source tells SI's Sam Amick.

Diogu is a former lottery pick and most recently played with the Los Angeles Clippers. However, after microfracture knee surgery two years ago, he has lost most of his burst and we would be surprised if he ever resurfaced with any fantasy value.
