Stephen Curry scored just 17 points during Tuesday's 113-103 loss to the Clippers with three boards, four assists, two steals and four 3-pointers.

Chris Paul continues to play solid defense on Curry which has kept him under 25 points in four of the five games in this series. However, the Warriors did enter tonight with an impressive 66 percent of their buckets coming via an assist, which was at 60 percent tonight. Curry and the Warriors did get 50 points in the paint tonight, but their inability to play defense and Curry's eight turnovers cost them tonight.

The Warriors will seek fans' input about possibly changing the franchise's name if they move to a new arena in San Francisco for the 2018-19 season.

The team was known as the San Fransisco Warriors from 1962-71 and team president Rick Welts said, "I couldn't imagine making that decision in the very near future, but we definitely want to see what our fans prefer." The new arena is expected to cost more than $1 billion and there are plenty of hurdles to clear before any re-branded Warriors team takes the court.

Stephen Curry was on fire during the first quarter of Game 4's win against the Clippers on Sunday, finishing with 33 points, seven boards, seven assists, one steal, one block and seven 3-pointers.

He was in video-game mode in the first quarter, making 5-of-5 from the field with all shots coming from deep -- good for a perfect 150.0 effective field goal percentage in that span. Curry's shot is as effortless as ever and today was his second-highest scoring output in a playoff game of his career. He was also guarding Chris Paul for almost the entire second half and turned in a gem on both ends. The Warriors will travel to Los Angeles for Game 5 on Tuesday with the series now tied 2-2.

Stephen Curry couldn't get clean looks for much of Thursday's 98-96 loss to the Clippers, making 5-of-12 from the field for 16 points with two boards, 15 assists, one steal and three 3-pointers.

He set a career playoff-high with his 15 dimes and this was the ninth time in any game he handed out that many. Curry had a chance to win the game at the buzzer, but Chris Paul was able to close out and deny Curry a good look from beyond the arc. He's been below his 17.7 shot-per-game average from the regular season in each of the three games and the Clippers are clearly trying to keep the sharp-shooting guard in check.

Stephen Curry came out flat against the Clippers during Game 2's embarrassing 138-98 loss on Monday, shooting 9-of-17 from the field for 24 points with one board, eight assists, two steals and one 3-pointer.

The Warriors committed 33 fouls, had 26 turnovers and shot 4-of-19 from deep, so those three issues along pretty much knocked them out for the night. Curry was the only player on his team with more than 11 points while he and Draymond Green were the only two players over 50 percent shooting of the 12 players in action tonight. The good news is they're still tied 1-1 with the series heading to ORACLE Arena on Thursday, but getting so thoroughly outplayed could spell trouble.

The Warriors will play Wednesday's game without Stephen Curry, Andre Iguodala and David Lee, and they may also rest Klay Thompson and Draymond Green.

They'll go with a second-string starting unit of Steve Blake, Jordan Crawford, Harrison Barnes, Marreese Speights and Hilton Armstrong. This leaves them with a threadbare bench all available players are likely to play huge minutes in the season finale, while the typical starters get some well-deserved rest.

Stephen Curry was his normal dynamic self in the Warriors' 130-120 win over the Wolves on Monday, scoring 32 points on 10-of-21 shooting (including seven threes) with five rebounds, 15 assists and three steals as the Dubs clinched the No. 6 seed in the West.

The Warriors have nothing to play for on Wednesday and Curry is certainly a candidate for a game off, but we won't know for sure until the team makes an announcement. He has locked up the No. 2 ranking in 8-cat leagues and is in a virtual dead heat with LeBron James for the No. 2 ranking in 9-cat formats. Tonight he made more shots that would be career-moments for other players, but in Steph's world they'll go down as just another Monday.

Stephen Curry exploded for 47 points in a dramatic 117-119 overtime loss to the Blazers on Sunday, sinking 16-of-29 FGs and 8-of-8 FTs with seven 3-pointers.

"We're going to play to get the best possible seed available," said coach Mark Jackson. "When we can no longer move up, it'll be a different story." The Warriors have two games remaining against non-playoff teams, on Monday and Wednesday, but they can still move down the standings with the seventh-seed Mavericks nipping at their heels. Anyone relying on the Warriors for fantasy production should keep a close watch on Rotoworld's player news page.

Stephen Curry triple-doubled for the fourth time this year in Friday's easy win against the Lakers, scoring 30 points on 12-of-20 shooting (including four threes) with 10 rebounds, 12 assists and two steals.

Putting Curry on the floor against this Lakers squad isn't fair and the Warriors were able to clinch a playoff spot tonight. Klay Thompson added 16 points, two threes, three boards, four assists and a block in the win.

Stephen Curry made 8-of-19 from the field against the Nuggets on Thursday, scoring 24 points with seven boards, six assists, four steals and two 3-pointers.

The Warriors could have clinched a playoff spot tonight and they missed a golden opportunity against an extremely banged up team. Curry has been hot over his previous 10 with averages of 25.4 points, 3.1 boards, 7.6 dimes, 1.2 steals and 3.5 triples. He has first-round value since the break and will be an early pick in drafts next year again.
