Nelson (hip) will sit out the season finale Wednesday, Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post reports. Nelson, who has missed the last four games, will not return for the final game of the season with the Nuggets well out of playoff contention. Expect him to recovery fully this offseason as he faces the decision of whether or not to pick up his $2.9 million player option for 2015-16.
