Jordan has decided to sign with the Mavericks, Dwain Price of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports. Jordan, who is reportedly seeking a larger offensive role, will leave the Clippers to team up with Dirk Nowitzki and Chandler Parsons in Dallas. The deal is reportedly worth around $80 million over four years. Jordan will step in as the unquestioned starting center for the Mavericks, and the Texas native figures to play major minutes. It remains to be seen whether he truly will have an increased offensive role, but he's yet to flash much range as a shooter, so it will certainly be interesting to see how he's used in Rick Carlisle's system.
