David West scored a team-high 20 points in Sunday's Game 1 win over the Knicks to go with four boards, two assists and two blocks in 37 minutes.
The Pacers were getting great shots all afternoon and outscored the Knicks in the paint 46-32. Even though they didn't record any fastbreak points, the Pacers were able to put up 102 points in the win. The Knicks put Carmelo Anthony on West for a large portion of the game and that looks to be more than a mismatch for the undersized Knicks. New York did a bang-up job on West in their four games against him during the regular season with West averaging just 13.8 points per game.
