Cousins provided 40 points (13-24 FG, 2-7 3pt, 12-19 FT), 12 rebounds, eight assists, two steals.and a block over 35 minutes in Tuesday's 97-96 win over the Lakers.
EDGE Analysis
It was business as usual for Cousins on Tuesday, as he generated 41 percent of the Kings' total scoring in a messy game between two of the NBA's basement dwellers. Boogie literally carries this team on his shoulders, and although he leads the league with 17 technical fouls, he didn't need to throw many elbows against Tarik Black and Julius Randle, who were no match for Cousins inside. It was the Kings' fourth straight win, due in large part to the 6th-year pro. The Kings will go for their fifth straight against the Warriors on Wednesday.
