Clippers released G Courtney Fortson on Friday. By releasing Fortson, the Clippers think Chris Paul is showing no ill-effects from his recent hamstring injury and that Eric Bledsoe is just about ready to be called up from the NBADL to take over third-string PG duties behind second-stringer Mo Williams.
