Brandon Knight scored 20 points on 7-of-14 shooting (including two threes) with six rebounds, 10 assists, two steals, and one block in the Pistons' 117-99 win over the Cavs on Friday.
Knight and his teammates were close with Tayshaun Prince and Austin Daye and tonight's result reeks of a group trying to show the world that they believe in their current PG. That's all good and nice and Knight had a great game, but Calderon is going to run as the point guard for a healthy number of minutes and Knight will move over to the two. It's going to create a log-jam of some type, and this is a 'by the book' sell-high moment. Greg Monroe went for 18 and 16 with a full line against a Cavs team that forgot to show up.
