Cousins will likely continue to sit out some of the Kings' nine remaining games, and there's a chance he could sit out the majority of their road games (five), ESPN reports. "At home, I'd like to go in and (let Cousins play) every game. But on the road, I might experiment a little bit more." coach George Karl said.

The Kings have nine more games this season. Their next game is on the road Wednesday against the Rockets, and then they have two games at home to finish this week of fantasy action. Over the final week and a half of the regular season, the Kings will then have seven games starting next Tuesday, with five of those games coming on the road, which could mean Cousins ends up sitting out five of the Kings' next nine games. The production that Cousins should offer in the Kings' two home gamers this week makes him worth hanging on to in most leagues for the remainder of this week, but if your league is still going starting next week, and the news is the same, Cousins will be droppable at that time for one-year leagues.

Cousins (rest) will not play Monday against the Grizzlies, Yahoo! Sports reports.

Cousins has hinted toward needing a rest and apparently Monday's game against the bruising combo of Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph will allow such a night-off to be given. With Cousins out, Jason Thompson could start at center for the Kings on Monday, with Reggie Evans being another option for coach George Karl. Expect Cousins to return to the lineup Wednesday versus Houston.

Cousins could be rested a couple games down the final stretch of the NBA season, Jason Jones of The Sacramento Bee reports.

Cousins had expressed a desire to get a few nights off previously, but head coach George Karl was not particularly accommodating. Karl says he now wants to experiment with some different lineups, but it's more likely that the Kings would like to experiment with a higher draft pick. Fantasy owners will have to check Cousins' status before every game he plays for the rest of the way since his rest days may be unpredictable.

Cousins was questionable coming into this game, but showed no signs of a calf injury. He has had three strong games in a row and as long as he remains fit and healthy, he should continue to put up huge lines.

Cousins (calf) is considered probable for Wednesday's game against the Suns, James Ham of Cowbell Kingdom reports.

Cousins missed two games last week with a strained calf, but he returned Sunday against Washington and played 36 minutes in Tuesday's narrow win over Philadelphia. The team is likely listing him as probable only as a precaution. Expect Cousins to take the floor against Phoenix, a team against which he put up 28 points and 12 rebounds back on Feb. 8.

Cousins (calf) is listed as probable for Tuesday's game versus the Sixers.

Cousins battled foul trouble in his return Sunday from two contests on the sideline due to a strained right calf. Despite the five fouls, though, he managed to record 20 points (6-11 FG, 8-8 FT), seven rebounds, five assists, and three steals in 23 minutes. Expect the center to ramp up his workload Tuesday, if he can avoid Sunday's foibles.

Cousins (calf) returned to the starting lineup Sunday after missing two games with a calf injury. He finished with 20 points, seven rebounds, five assists, three steals, and five turnovers in 23 minutes on the floor.

Cousins played a good bit less than his usual 33 minutes, but that's due to the fact that he racked up five fouls in his time on the floor and wasn't needed down the stretch as the Kings had the game in hand. He should get back to his usual production in a favorable matchup Tuesday against Philadelphia.
