Beal said after Sunday's Game 1 that the ankle sprain he suffered is the most painful he's ever had, CSN Washington reports.

Beal briefly left Game 1 due to the injury but managed to get back on the court to finish out the game. That said, he was seen limping and may ultimately deal with swelling after his adrenaline wears off. The 21-year-old should be a game-time decision for Tuesday's Game 2 with Otto Porter likely benefiting if Beal is deemed unfit.

Beal is dealing with a bone bruise above his knee but is not expected to miss any time off the court in the future, Todd Dybas of The Washington Times reports.

This seems to be an injury that's minor in nature and just part of the normal wear and tear of any normal basketball game. Expect Beal to take the court for Game 4 on Sunday in normal fashion.

Beal scored a game-high 28 points on 12-of-21 shooting in Tuesday's win over Toronto. He added five rebounds, two assists, and a steal over 42 minutes on the floor.

Beal was much more efficient in Game 2 after going 6-for-23 in Saturday's Game 1 victory. His shooting has been spotty over his last few games of the regular season and first game of the postseason, but the volume has been consistently high. He averaged 18 field goal attempts in his last seven games of the regular season and has taken over 20 attempts in the first two games of the Wizards' series. It's clear that the Wizards want to get as many looks as possible for Beal, especially if he can replicate his efficiency from Game 2.
