The Rockets are reportedly interested in a sign-and-trade deal for Kyle Lowry, but the Raptors aren't interested since they hope to re-sign him. Lowry is an unrestricted FA who is also one of Miami's top targets in free agency, but the Raptors can offer him the most money and they're confident that he'll stay in Toronto. Lou Williams is capable of backing up both the PG and SG positions, and if Lowry does re-sign the Raptors may be less inclined to match offers for restricted FA Greivis Vasquez.
