Kevin Garnett recently sold his Concord, Massachusetts home for $3.6 million. He bought the house for $4.6 million back in 2007, so he took a bit of a loss here. If he doesn't retire, Garnett will certainly make that loss up with the $12 million on his contract for the upcoming season. He's not exactly a hot property in fantasy anymore.
