Carmelo Anthony (arm) confirmed that he will play in Sunday's All-Star game.
Carmelo's "dead arm" is feeling better. He's unlikely to play as many minutes Sunday as he normally would, but it's a great sign for his outlook coming out of the All-Star break. Expect Anthony to be close to 100 percent for Wednesday's game against the Pacers.
