Barea moved into the starting lineup alongside Rajon Rondo and Monta Ellis on Saturday, scoring seven points (3-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT) with two rebounds and one assist in 22 minutes. Coach Rick Carlisle went small with Chandler Parsons and Tyson Chandler out, but it didn't result in a victory, nor did it result in a great night for Barea. While starting in place of Rondo, Barea was worth of ownership, but at this current level of production, he can be safely left on the waiver-wire in most formats.
