Galloway will start at point guard against Detroit on Friday. Galloway has been in the starting lineup at shooting guard for some time now, but his point guard looks were capped so long as Jose Calderon (Achilles) was available. Calderon is out Friday, though, which should lead to more usage and more assist opportunities for Galloway while Tim Hardaway starts at shooting guard. Detroit has been tough against opposing point guards lately, but the minutes and usage should both be there for Galloway.
