Rose (illness) will miss Wednesday's game against the Knicks, ESPN Chicago reports. Rose missed morning shootaround and will now take a seat for Thursday's game. He has struggled lately, but is averaging 17.7 points, 5.9 assists and 3.6 rebounds in December. Kirk Hinrich and Aaron Brooks will likely receive added minutes at point guard in his place.
