The Magic officially signed Luke Ridnour on Friday. "We're extremely excited to welcome Luke [Ridnour] and his family to Orlando," said Magic GM Rob Hennigan. "Luke is a proven player in this league who is well-respected as a teammate and competitor. The depth and veteran experience he will provide to our backcourt will help our team continue to grow." Ridnour will likely backup Elfrid Payton in Orlando, and his minutes will be in the low 20s, which takes him out of the conversation in standard leagues.
