Pence hit both his fifth and his 19th home runs in Monday's double-header, going a collective 3-for-7 with four runs and five RBI in the split with the Rockies.

That wasn't a typo, the first game of the double-header was a make up from May 22 postponement at Coors, in which Pence hit his fifth home run of the season. In the nightcap, Pence went yard for the 19th time this year. In 2013, Pence's best month of baseball came in September, and he has definitely kicked off 2014's September with a bang as well.

His overall average is up to .302. If he can stay there, it'd be his third .300 season, along with his rookie year of 2007 and 2011. Oddly enough, he's never finished a season with an average in between .283 and .314.
