Brett Myers SP CLE 10 Months
Chris Cotillo of MLBDailyDish.com reports that Brett Myers will sit out the 2014 season but is not retired.
Myers plans to look for a deal next offseason. The veteran right-hander held an 8.02 ERA over four appearances for the Indians last season before being diagnosed with a partially torn UCL and eventually released. He didn't have surgery, so he's going to be a major health question in 2015.

Brett Myers (elbow) will resume a rehab assignment with Short-Season Mahoning Valley on Monday.
