Tommy Hunter pitched perfect seventh and eighth innings against the Rays on Wednesday for his first hold of the year.

Hunter was coming off back-to-back poor appearances, but manager Buck Showalter showed some faith in him by going to him in a 1-0 game. With Zach Britton still pitching well in the closer's role, Hunter has no value in typical mixed leagues at the moment. He might start racking up some holds if he throws well, though.
