Carlos Gomez went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases in the Brewers' win over the Pirates on Tuesday.

Gomez did a little of everything, scoring a run and driving one in to go along with his two stolen bases. The dual threat now has four swipes and four homers on the year, and he's hitting .360/.415/.516. The average will come down, but Gomez should still be starting in all formats going forward.

Carlos Gomez went 3-for-5 with a two-run homer Saturday as the Brewers beat the Dodgers 6-4.

Gomez is 8-for-16 over his last four games, raising his average to .338. He's not walking like he did this spring -- just three times in 77 at-bats -- but he's also striking out a bit less than usual. Obviously, he's not going to keep hitting for average like this. The Brewers and fantasy owners alike can enjoy while it lasts, however.

Carlos Gomez went 3-for-4 to help the Brewers to a 4-3 win over the Giants on Wednesday.

It was Gomez' third-straight three-hit game, raising his batting average to .300 in the process. After delivering his first home run of the year on Tuesday, Gomez registered his first triple of the season Wednesday. He's red hot right now, and he's worth picking up in mixed leagues if he's still on the wire.

Carlos Gomez went 3-for-4 with his first home run of the season against the Giants on Tuesday.

After signing an extension in the offseason, Gomez had gotten off to a slow start but finally broke though on Tuesday. He's now hitting .261 but has yet to steal a base after stealing 37 last season. If he can get both facets of his game going, watch out.
