Norris allowed four runs and six hits in six innings against Tampa Bay on Thursday. He struck out five batters.

After making an abbreviated start in his last turn due to weather, while also pitching poorly (2 IP, 4 ER), Norris didn't really rebound Thursday. He's done a good job of limiting walks lately though, allowing just six free passes in his last 32.1 innings, while striking out 24 batters. His overall numbers are nothing special, but he's playing for a contending team, so expect a decent amount of wins down the stretch. He'll take on Cincinnati at home in his next start.
