Juan Uribe 3B LAD 19 Days

Juan Uribe had a three-hit day against the Rockies on Sunday, finishing 3-for-5 with an RBI.

Uribe had an RBI single the Dodgers' five-run fifth inning, his 24th RBI of the year. The third baseman has eight hits in his last 19 at-bats to raise his season line to .296/.328/.423.

Juan Uribe singled in the winning run, going 3-for-4 overall, in Thursday's win against the Rockies at Coors Field.

Uribe has hit the skids since coming off of the disabled list on June 26, but bounced back with a three-hit night on Thursday. His ninth-inning single off of LaTroy Hawkins broke a 2-2 tie and allowed Kenley Jansen to save Zack Greinke's 11th win. Despite the recent slump, Uribe is still having a productive season, slashing .299/.333/.437 with four home runs and 22 RBI in 186 plate appearances.

In his return to the lineup, Juan Uribe went 1-for-3 with a run scored in a 1-0 win against the Cardinals on Thursday.

A right hamstring injury shelved Uribe between May 20 and now. His return makes Justin Turner a bench player again, but the utility player will force his way back into consistent bats if he keeps getting game-winning hits, as he did tonight in the role of pinch-hitter. Uribe sports a solid .303/.331/.452 slash line, though a lot of that damage came in April.

Dodgers activated 3B Juan Uribe from the 15-day disabled list.

Uribe got through a rehab assignment with High-A Rancho Cucamonga recently with no issues, clearing the way for him to return to the lineup. The third baseman has been on the shelf since May 20 with a right hamstring injury.

Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said Juan Uribe (hamstring) is expected to be activated on Thursday.

Uribe has been out since May 20 with the right hamstring injury, but he's been rehabbing at High-A Rancho Cucamonga in recent days. His return will likely push Justin Turner to the bench, but Turner has filled in admirably at the hot corner in Uribe's absence. It's feasible that Uribe could be eased in over the first week while Turner remains productive.

Juan Uribe (hamstring) will remain on his rehab assignment with High-A Rancho Cucamonga through at least Monday.

The Dodgers had been hoping to activate Uribe for Monday's game, but they've apparently decided to keep him on his rehab assignment a while longer. Uribe should be back with the big club later this week.

Juan Uribe (hamstring) is scheduled to begin a rehab assignment Thursday with High-A Rancho Cucamonga.

Uribe, who injured his right hamstring in late May, will DH in his rehab debut. He could return to the Dodgers' starting lineup as soon as Monday against the Royals.

Juan Uribe (hamstring) has done some running over the last few days.

The third baseman noted Monday that his strained right hamstring feels better, but he's not sure when he'll be activated. Dodgers manager Don Mattingly isn't sure whether Uribe will need a rehab assignment. "Not really sure where he's at, we haven't been able to get out on the field the past couple of days," Mattingly said. "We didn't feel like he was going to be ready, but he's obviously getting better. There haven't been any setbacks, just never really expected him to be ready in two weeks. So we'll just play it by ear. As he starts to get ready, his body is going to tell us. So I don't expect it to be a lot longer, but I don't expect it to be tomorrow, either. He's still a little ways away."

Dodgers placed 3B Juan Uribe on the 15-day disabled list with a right hamstring.

Uribe admitted to reporters on Tuesday night that the strain is rather severe, so he could need more than 15 days. Erisbel Arruebarrena was called up in a corresponding roster move but has only played shortstop in his professional career with the Dodgers. It's a cloudy situation at third base for Los Angeles.

Juan Uribe said that the right hamstring injury that forced him from Tuesday's game is worse than the one he suffered earlier this month.

He missed five games the last time, so a stint on the disabled list seems likely this time around. Justin Turner replaced Uribe during Tuesday's game and would likely share the position with Chone Figgins if Uribe indeed does go on the DL. Uribe had two hits Tuesday before exiting and is hitting .303/.331/.454 this season, so it would be a notable loss for the Dodgers.
