Reynolds is out of the Brewers' lineup again Thursday.
Playing time has all but dried up for Reynolds, as he's set to sit Thursday for the sixth time in seven games. The 31-year-old may see starts against lefties over the final weeks of the season, but Matt Clark is starting his second straight game Thursday and manager Ron Roenicke may be inclined to give him most of the time at first base.

Reynolds is not in the Brewers' lineup Wednesday.
Reynolds has only been seeing about half the at-bats at first base over the past couple weeks, and he'll sit in favor of Matt Clark on Wednesday. While he might have more power potential than anyone on waivers in most leagues, it's hard to own him in standard leagues when the at-bats are unpredictable and his batting average is so devastating (.196).

Reynolds is out of the lineup Tuesday against the Marlins.
It seems manager Ron Roenicke's patience with Reynolds has worn completely thin, as he's sitting the 31-year-old for the eighth time in 13 games. Reynolds is off to a 1-for-13 start to September and hasn't hit a homer since Aug. 14, so look for the lefty-swinging Lyle Overbay to continue seeing the majority of the work at first over the final weeks.

Reynolds is out of the Brewers' lineup again Friday.
Saturday's absence will mark Reynolds' second in a row and sixth in the team's last 10 games. The 31-year-old is batting .183/.252/.413 since the All-Star break, but his power alone may be enough for him to maintain a slight edge over Lyle Overbay.

Reynolds is out of the lineup Friday against the Cardinals.
His batting averaged recently dipped below .200, and Lyle Overbay will get the start at first base Friday as Ron Roenicke searches for anything to help get the Brewers out of the team's current funk.

Reynolds is out of the lineup Tuesday against the Cubs.
Reynolds is in a slump at the plate as of late, collecting just two hits over his past 16 at-bats. He will get the day off Tuesday in favor of Lyle Overbay at first base, who will bat seventh for the Brewers.

Reynolds is out of the lineup Sunday against the Giants.
Reynolds will take a seat Sunday despite the left-handed Madison Bumgarner on the mound so the Brewers can keep the bat of Jonathan Lucroy in the lineup. Lucroy will bat second in the order, as usual, while Martin Maldonado entered the lineup for Reynolds, and will catch and bat seventh for the Brewers.

Reynolds is not in the lineup Monday against the Padres.
Manager Ron Roenicke wanted to give catcher Jonathan Lucroy a day off behind the plate but still keep his bat in the lineup, resulting in Reynolds moving to the bench. He'll could be called upon as a late-inning pinch-hitting option if the Brewers are in need of an infusion of power.

Reynolds is out of the lineup Saturday against the Pirates.
Reynolds 1-for-his-last-17 and 1-for-12 against Saturday's starter Edinson Volquez, so the decision to leave him on the bench is certainly understandable. Lyle Overbay will man first base and bat seventh.

Reynolds is out of the lineup Wednesday vs. the Cubs, Andrew Gruman of FOXSportsWisconsin.com reports.
Manager Ron Roenicke wanted to keep Jonathan Lucroy's bat in the lineup while giving him a day off behind the plate, so he'll move over to first base and send Reynolds to the bench. Reynolds will likely be Roenicke's first choice if a pinch-hitting situation against a left-hander arises.
