Bradley went 0-for-3 with a walk and two strikeouts in Saturday night's win over the Mariners.

Bradley, who had been hitting well at Triple-A Pawtucket, is 0-for-11 with two walks and four strikeouts since his callup. It hasn't been easy for Bradley, who in his three starts has faced R.A. Dickey, Sonny Gray and Felix Hernandez.

Bradley is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the A's, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports.

Bradley notched the start in right field Sunday, but he'll be replaced by Shane Victorino, who was activated from the disabled list. However, manager John Farrell said over the weekend that he still expects Bradley to see consistent playing time, particularly against right-handers.

Bradley started in right field, hit eighth in the order, and went 0-for-4 in Sunday's win over the Blue Jays.

It's natural to wonder how long Bradley, who was called up Sunday, will be around. Particularly as Shane Victorino (hamstring) is on the verge of activation. Initially, manager John Farrell has pegged Bradley in a platoon split with Victorino, getting starts against right-handers. However, he'll need to prove he can hit major-league pitching regularly to remain in Boston.

Manager John Farrell said Sunday that Bradley would see fairly consistent at-bats against right-handed pitching even when Shane Victorino (hamstring) returns from the disabled list Monday, Tim Britton of the Providence Journal reports.

Bradley was promoted to the big club Sunday morning and was immediately inserted into the starting lineup in right field, while Allen Craig was sent back to Triple-A Pawtucket in a corresponding move. Known primarily for his defensive prowess, Bradley's .343/.393/.465 batting line at Pawtucket may have been enough to convince Farrell to give him a look in a timeshare with Victorino, who had been woeful at the dish for the Red Sox prior to landing on the DL.

Bradley has been recalled by the Red Sox and will join the team prior to Sunday's game in Toronto, ESPN Boston's Gordon Edes reports.

Allen Craig was optioned to Triple-A, and Bradley will get a chance to get somewhat regular at-bats in the outfield (presumably right field) starting Sunday. While it was good to see him dominate at Triple-A, we already knew he could handle that level. The issue will be whether or not he can make the necessary adjustments against big league pitching to avoid being as subpar offensively as he was with Boston in 2014. He's worth an add in AL-only leagues and deep mixed leagues, but it's hard to see him playing on an everyday basis unless he really hits the ground running. Rusney Castillo may only be a couple hot weeks away from offering another option in the outfield should Bradley struggle.

Bradley had his sixth straight multi-hit game Thursday night, going 2-for-5 with a homer and a double for Triple-A Pawtucket. He's up to .347/.398/.474/.872 through 103 plate appearances.

Bradley had done a fine job rehabilitating his prospect status and enhancing trade value should Boston consider moving him for a piece that can help the major league team. The Red Sox outfield situation is too crowded, though Bradley appears to be swinging a better bat that Shane Victorino, Daniel Nava and Allen Craig.

Bradley was optioned to Triple-A Pawtucket on Wednesday, Rob Bradford of WEEI.com reports.

Bradley's latest stint with the big league club didn't last long as he was called up Tuesday and didn't appear in a game. He's had a strong start with Triple-A Pawtucket as he sports a .315/.383/.411 slash line, but the club's organizational depth in the outfield could prevent Bradley from getting an extended opportunity in the majors for the time being.

Bradley was recalled from Triple-A Pawtucket on Tuesday, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports.

Bradley is off to a strong start at Triple-A Pawtucket, but he's yet to hit a home run through 81 plate appearances, and his .315/.383/.411 slash line is buoyed by a .383 BABIP. While he's arguably made some progress toward recovering his status as a one-time top prospect, Bradley still faces a difficult path to earning consistent playing time in the majors. It helps that Shane Victorino (hamstring) is on the disabled list, but the Red Sox still have Allen Craig and Daniel Nava in right field, while Rusney Castillo (shoulder) is nearing a return at Triple-A Pawtucket.

Bradley reached base five times in six at-bats for Triple-A Pawtucket on Saturday. He singled twice, walked twice and was hit by a pitch, raising his season on-base percentage to .404.

Pawtucket manager Kevin Boles told the Providence Journal that Bradley's swing path is looking like it was when he was a rising star in the minor leagues. Boles also noted the improvement in Bradley's lower half, saying there a less moving parts. "He's getting his lower half established and then he's able to see the ball," said the manager.
