Zimmermann picked up his seventh win of the season Sunday, allowing just one run on three hits and a walk over seven innings, striking out eight. He got the benefit of some shaky umpiring from Phil Cuzzi, but Zimmermann was still in firm control of this one from the jump with his only mistake resulting in a solo shot by Brandon Crawford. His next start is currently scheduled for Saturday in Baltimore, but if the Nats elect to use a four-man rotation until the All-Star break due to Stephen Strasburg's latest DL stint, Zimmermann would slide up to Friday instead.
