Vizcaino was recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett on Sunday, MLB.com's Mark Bowman reports. The hard-throwing right-hander has been idle for most of the season after serving an 80-game suspension for a positive PED test, but after making seven appearances with three different affiliates, it appears the Braves are ready to see what he can do with the big club. The 24-year-old could emerge as one of the top setup men for closer Jason Grilli if he irons out his control issues and is able to stay healthy for an extended period of time.
