Pedroia (hamstring) is out of the lineup Thursday against Baltimore. Pedroia left Wednesday's game after his hamstring tightened up on him while rounding first base. The Red Sox have yet to announce whether the injury will force Pedroia to go on the DL, but Brock Holt will take over at second base for as long as he's on the shelf.
