Parra will start in center field in Thursday's game against the Cardinals. After starting in left field Wednesday, Parra will get the start in center field Thursday in place of the injured Carlos Gomez (hamstring). It's not clear how much action Gomez will miss, but Parra figures to be the Brewers' primary center fielder for as long as Gomez is sidelined. Parra, who is just 3-for-17 (.176() on the season, will bat eighth against Cardinals starter John Lackey.
