Manager Chip Hale indicated Wednesday that Hernandez (elbow) will throw at Double-A Mobile this weekend, Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic reports. Hernnadez missed all of 2014 due to Tommy John surgery, but appears to be on the cusp of a potential return. He's allowed just one hit in his two innings of work with High-A Viera, and will now progress to tougher competition at Double-A. If all goes well there, he could rejoin the Diamondbacks bullpen in short order.
