Lester remains on track to be ready to pitch the opener and will make his last exhibition start Tuesday, MLB.com's Carrie Muskat reports. He threw 54 pitches in a minor league game Thursday and should ramp up to 75-80 pitches Tuesday in his final start before the regular season opener.
