Kinsler finally hit his first homer of the year Saturday against the Angels, with the solo shot representing his only hit in five at-bats. It took the Tigers' second baseman -- usually a lock for double-digit homers -- 50 games to finally put one over the fence. He was at least hitting for average for a time, but since May 19, he's gone just 4-for-42 (.095), lowering his average from .318 to its current .270. Expect Kinsler to bounce back, but he's far from an elite producer in the middle infield at this point.
