Jayson Werth said Monday that he's "feeling better" about his left wrist.
Werth admitted before spring training that the wrist, which he broke last April, still wasn't at full strength. While it appears improvement is being made, Werth still doesn't sound totally confident that he'll regain all his power. "I need to test it really well. I need to play, I need to play every day, a couple of times in a row," Werth said. "I'm feeling better about it. It's coming along. I don't know for sure where it's at." Werth is batting .250 with a home run and three RBI this spring.
