Infante (groin) remains out of the lineup Thursday, Fox Sports Kansas City's Matthew DeFranks reports. He was able to run Wednesday but was only feeling about 60 percent healthy, so it may be a few more days before we see Infante back in the Royals' lineup. Christian Colon will get the start again at second base Thursday.
