Hunter hit second in the batting order and went 0-for-3 in Friday's spring training loss to Pittsburgh. He's hitting just .250 (5-for-20) this spring. Spring training stats are likely meaningless for a veteran like Hunter assured of a starting job. He'll start in right field for the Twins, but it's not clear where he'll hit in the order. There was talk in the offseason he could hit second, but his low OBP would appear to be a poor fit at the top of the order. He'll more likely hit fifth in the order.
