Garcia delivered six scoreless innings against the Twins on Thursday, striking out four while allowing four hits and two walks, but received no decision in a 2-1 loss. Garcia continues to display pinpoint control, and it's helping him post one excellent outing after another. Thanks to having allowed only seven walks this season -- five of them in his first start -- he still owns an incredible 0.90 WHIP to go with his 1.76 ERA. His strikeout rate has been relatively modest, with just 28 in 41 innings, but that's much less of a concern when the rate stats are so elite. Garcia's quickly become a must-own starter -- at least, as long as he can stay healthy. His next outing will take place in Miami on Wednesday.
