Coulombe was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday, MLB.com's Ken Gurnick reports. Coulombe will give the Dodgers an extra arm in relief, taking the roster spot of Carlos Frias (back) who was placed on the DL in a corresponding move. The lefty reliever hasn't been particularly effective during four prior appearances in the majors this season, giving up six earned runs over 6.1 innings. His time with the Dodgers will likely be short-lived once again.
