Chris Sale allowed two runs over seven innings to pick up his third win of the season, as the White Sox beat the Rangers 5-2 on Wednesday.
It was just another day at the office for the southpaw, as Sale has now worked at least seven innings in five of his six starts this year. It was also the third-straight start in which he's allowed just two earned runs. He's been a bit unlucky in the win column, but otherwise it's been a promising start to Sale's sophomore campaign as a starter. He got a good opportunity to pick up another win in his next start against the Mets.
