Castro was 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a solo home run in the Cubs' win over Philadelphia on Friday afternoon.
EDGE Analysis
Castro lost his everyday job at shortstop in mid-August, but has seen relatively regular playing time at second base since Jorge Soler went on the DL moving Chris Coghlin to the outfield. He's clearly going to need to be productive or face losing at bats though as Soler is due back on Monday, and Javier Baez is still lurking as well. There's a good chance he finds himself back in a utility role fairly soon.
