Billingsley (elbow) has been transferred to the 60-day DL.
EDGE Analysis
Billingsley will not pitch again this season as he continues to nurse a flexor strain, which first arose in mid-July. The move to the 60-day DL simply opens up a spot on the 40-man roster, which will be filled by one of the Phillies' three September call-ups.
