Alcides Escobar went 3-for-5 with three runs scored in a win over the Tigers on Tuesday. The Royals scored all 11 of their runs in three innings, and Escobar had a run in each of the frames. The shortstop has now hit in all but one of his 15 games in June, and Tuesday was his fourth multi-hit game in his last six. He's raised his line to .295/.335/.406, and with 18 steals he's definitely a mixed league player at this point.
