LeMahieu supplied three hits in his four at-bats during Tuesday's 10-2 loss to the Angels.

LeMahieu was gifted one of the reserve spots on the National League All-Star team, but he largely earned those duties in April, when he slashed .406/.446/.522 across 75 plate appearances. He's since crashed back to earth with a more typical .273/.329/.352 line since the start of May, which probably represents a better approximation of what he'll offer fantasy owners in the second half.

LeMahieu is out of the lineup Thursday against the Diamondbacks, Jenny Cavnar of Root Sports reports.

LeMahieu remains the primary second baseman for the Rockies, but will get a day off after a rough patch in which he's gone 0-for-11 with five strikeouts in the last three games. Daniel Descalso will receive the start in his place, batting seventh for the Rockies.

LeMahieu went 1-for-2 with a pair of walks and a run scored in Sunday's 6-3 loss to the Giants.

LeMahieu settled into the leadoff spot with Charlie Blackmon receiving the day off, and did well to reach base three times. His batting average has cooled off in June, but his .309 mark to go along with a .363 on-base percentage has made him an important cog in the Rockies' lineup throughout the season.

LeMahieu went 0-for-5 at the dish in Friday's 8-6 win over the Giants.

The Rockies' lineup combined for 17 hits on the evening, but LeMahieu was an empty slate, something that's become increasingly commonplace in June. Though he's still holding down a .308 average for the season, LeMahieu is just 27-for-102 (.265) and has a meager .665 OPS. With several hitters in the Rockies' lineup running hot at the moment, it wouldn't be surprising if manager Walt Weiss considered dropping LeMahieu from his No. 2 spot in the order back to a bottom-third position.

LeMahieu cracked his fourth homer of the season and scored another run after reaching on a walk during Tuesday's 10-4 win over the Diamondbacks.

Though he still possesses below-average power, LeMahieu is slugging a career-best .419 and is now just one homer away from matching his total from all of last season. The second baseman has seen his batting average spiral downward in recent days, but his .316 mark still places him sixth in the National League, just ahead of double-play partner Troy Tulowitzki.

LeMahieu went 1-for-4 with a walk, an RBI, and his ninth stolen base of the season in Sunday's 10-4 rout of the Brewers.

LeMahieu is in the midst of his first cold spell of the season, as he's seen his batting average drop 30 points in just over a week on the heels of a 6-for-42 slump at the plate. Fortunately, the downward rend of his average hasn't compromised his ability to remain aggressive on the basepaths, as he's collected four stolen bases during the same time frame. He's just one steal away from matching his total from all of 2014.

LeMahieu will be the leadoff hitter in Monday's game against the Astros, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

Charlie Blackmon normally takes leadoff duties but manager Walt Weiss chose to shake things up against lefty Dallas Keuchel on Monday. It's unlikely that Weiss will keep this same lineup against right-handed pitchers, but LeMahieu should still benefit in the meantime.
