Mark Trumbo (foot) will hit in a batting cage on Wednesday. It will be his first time doing so since he went on the disabled list back in late April with a stress fracture in his left foot. Trumbo will undergo another CT scan next week, at which point he could be cleared for additional activity. He's already nearly five weeks into his projected six-week timetable, so it's looking like Trumbo will be back a little later than initially expected.
