Royals sent LHP Francisley Bueno outright to Triple-A Omaha. The 32-year-old left-hander passed through waivers unclaimed and will continue to work out of the bullpen at Triple-A Omaha. He's posted a 3.40 ERA, 1.44 WHIP and 39/16 K/BB ratio over 45 innings this season.
