Matt Capps is on a more gradual throwing program than the other Indians' pitchers this spring.
Capps dealt with shoulder issues last season and has been throwing bullpen sessions every third day rather than every other day. The right-hander is trying to earn a spot in the Opening Day bullpen as a non-roster invitee.
