Juan Cruz hasn't reported to Phillies' camp due to a miscommunication about his report date. He'll presumably show up to camp within the next few days. Cruz signed a minor league deal with the Phillies over the winter after posting a 2.78 ERA and 33/19 K/BB ratio over 35 2/3 innings for the Pirates last season. He should be in the mix for a bullpen spot this spring.
