Blue Jays avoided arbitration with 2B/OF Emilio Bonifacio by agreeing to a one-year, $2.6 million contract.
He gets a small raise in his second arbitration year after last season's $2.2 million salary. Injuries limited Bonifacio to just 64 games in 2012, but he still managed to steal 30 bases and will operate in a utility role for Toronto in 2013.
