According toÿMLB.com's Joe Frisaro, the Marlins have no interest in re-signing free agent Carlos Lee.
With Logan Morrison (knee) questionable for Opening Day, the Marlins currently lack depth at first base, but have all but ruled out bringing back Lee. If Morrison isn't ready for the start of the season, Greg Dobbs or Joe Mahoney would likely be considered for an expanded role. Austin Kearns is also expected to be re-signed and could be added to the mix.
